Shipping policy
Order Processing All ST.AVE products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times begin after the production period and vary by destination:
- Poland: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–21 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
